Location

Smíchov, Prague's new centre

Few parts of Prague are undergoing as striking a transformation as Smíchov. New office buildings, a transport terminal, public spaces, services and cultural life are creating a modern urban centre with a unique atmosphere.

SIDE Smíchov Living is just a few steps from this new metropolitan district.

The Left Bank is on the rise

Since April 2026, the new Dvorecký Bridge has linked both banks of the Vltava. It is closed to cars and serves only trams, buses, cyclists and pedestrians. From Smíchovské nádraží you can reach Podolí, Žluté lázně and the swimming stadium without changing.

Smíchov station itself is being modernised: covered platforms, a footbridge to Radlice and a future bus terminal will bring metro B, trams, buses and trains together within a few dozen metres' walk of home. You won't need a car any more.
